Shipping Update

Rustic Grace is not responsible for lost, stolen, any carrier delays (scanning or delay in tracking) or misdirected shipments by the carrier. USPS does not always scan packages for shipping until the package has been delivered. If you would like to make sure your package has been scanned by the carrier you will need to EMAIL US at rusticgraceco@gmail.com to pay an additional fee for UPS on your package.  Optional coverage is available through Route+ at the time of purchase we highly encourage you to add this additional insurance at the time of checkout.
